Regulations

  • Colbert County Parks are available to all members of the general public without distinction or discrimination of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, or age.
  • A full time Park Manager is employed and resides on site.
  • The Park Manager is responsible for providing information regarding park rental, availability and scheduling reservations for rental.
  • The Park Manager is responsible for notifying the proper authorities when necessary to maintain safety for campers and to secure the area inside the Park boundaries. All notifications to authorities will be reported to County Administrator's

Rules

  • Rental fees must be paid in advance. No Refunds.
  • Only 1 RV per site.
  • No sub-letting of camping unit or campsite.
  • Only 2 vehicles are allowed for parking on site. Overflow parking is available if needed. DO NOT park vehicles, trailers, boats or visitors' vehicles in unoccupied camp sites.
  • Campers are responsible for keeping their camp site in order. Garbage must be disposed of in designated containers.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash or otherwise restrained. You MUST clean up after your pets.

Rules

  • Campers are responsible for the actions and behavior of their children and other guests, and are responsible for any damages they might cause.
  • Campfires must be in an approved campfire ring and not left unattended.
  • Anyone operating a motorized vehicle in the Park must have a valid driver's license.
  • NO motorized vehicles are allowed on walking trails.
  • If you have a water connection leaking, please notify the Park Manager. If the leak is on your end PLEASE FIX IT.
  • Any camper may be ejected for any significant disturbance without a refund. Public drunkenness or the use of illegal drugs by anyone will result in immediate eviction.
  • Colbert County is NOT responsible for any damages to any camping units, equipment, trailers, boats or vehicles parked at County Parks
